•Functional Design of Document Management Architecture - Centralized Document Scanning Service:
Impulsed by the adaptation of spaces required by the move of the YPF offices to the Corporate Building in Puerto Madero, and within a New Forms of Work initiative, a survey was carried out in certain key areas of the Company. An architecture of document management was proposed, which included conversion of documents to digital format, digitalization, and use of existing document management software in order to reduce the use of papers, the need for file space, and to accelerate processes.
